UGA IFP – It’s a Road Trip!

‘Are we there yet?’

Not…even…close. When it’s all said and done, the UGA IFP will take you over 12,000 miles across 21 states. Traveling coast-to-coast, crossing the 100th meridian and multiple continental divides, you will traverse unique, iconic terrain turn after turn.

See the Painted Desert of Arizona, the slot canyons of southern Utah, the redwood forests of California, the snow-capped volcanoes of Oregon, and the rugged Rocky Mountains of Colorado. See the cliff dwellings of Mesa Verde, the vast expanse of the Grand Canyon, the granite walls and waterfalls of Yosemite, the sweeping valleys of Glacier, and the geysers of Yellowstone.

People come from all over the world to experience the wondrous landscapes and unique cultures of the western United States.  The IFP offers you the opportunity to explore America in all its natural glory with your own personal, knowledgeable, and experienced guides.

See our list below of many of the parks, monuments, and museums we visit each summer (more or less in chronological order). No two years of IFP are exactly the same, so your experience may be slightly different. These places should be on your must-see list. Will you get to them on your own?
